Connecting with your Body

  • Creating space between urge and response

  • Separating and understanding types of hunger

  • Increasing your tolerance 

Emotional Eating & Self Regulation:

  • Dealing with stress

  • Identifying and meeting your emotional needs

  • Meeting your needs and emotionally regulating outside of food

Consolidation, Barriers & Reflection:

  • Identifying learns, take homes, and your personal areas that need more focus moving forward

  • Consolidating your toolbox and forward pathway planning

The Aim:

The Food Freedom Project is a 10 week prorgamme; a blend of semi-therapeutic techniques, nutrition education, and mindfulness tools, designed to support you to acknowledge past beliefs, thought processes and behaviours around food, challenge the unhelpful, align with your present values, and create a nourishing pathway to support yourself into the future, toward food freedom.
